Description: This is one of the first attempts at a universal code for urbanism. It consists of a vocabulary of 'patterns'. Some are supportive of neighborhood structure.
Assessment: This is one of the finest comprehensive codes ever written, although it does not easily 'plug-in' to a legal apparatus.
